[Video] BFBC2: Vietnam DLC - Vantage Point Conquest

A full Conquest round of Vantage Point in Bad Company 2's Vietnam expansion pack (DLC).

Apart from the title card, this footage has not been altered or edited in any way.

Note that this was a modded server with inflated point system, higher damage model, no kill-cam and slightly altered magazine sizes for guns. Due to the server being modded, even players who didn't own the Vietnam expansion pack were able to enjoy the maps. As a result, this server was well populated most of the time, while the official servers had 8 players tops during the peak hours.

The gameplay is nothing special, no fancy kill-streaks or anything. It's just for the archives in preparation for the grim future in which finding a full Vietnam DLC server is impossible.

Game: Battlefield: Bad Company 2's Vietnam DLC (PC version)
Map: Vantage Point
Game-mode: Conquest

[Video] Battlefield 4 Commentary: The Video That Drove Me Insane

This video is like Duke Nukem Forever: it took forever to produce, lacks quality and is incredibly disappointing. Nevertheless, after an entire year of recording this footage, 6 different microphones and about a billion recording attempts later, the video is finally up on YouTube.

Game: Battlefield 4
Map: Rogue Transmission
Game-mode: Conquest Small

[Video] BFBC2: Vietnam DLC - Cao Son Temple Conquest

A full Conquest round of Cao Son Temple in Bad Company 2's Vietnam expansion pack (DLC).

Apart from the title card, this footage has not been altered or edited in any way. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable resampling before rendering the video, which is why it appears to be blurrier and lower quality than it should be. It will be fixed in the next gameplay video.

[Video] BFBC2: Vietnam DLC - Hill 137 Conquest

A full Conquest round of Hill 137 in Bad Company 2's Vietnam expansion pack (DLC).

Apart from the title card, this footage has not been altered or edited in any way. Unfortunately, I forgot to disable resampling before rendering the video, which is why it appears to be blurrier and lower quality than it should be. It will be fixed in one of the future gameplay videos.

The music you hear in the background is what I was listening to at the time of playing/recording. The software setup I use records all audio output regardless of whether it's in-game audio or not. I turned-off music once I remembered about that, so if you're not a fan of my taste in music or wish to hear the atmospheric sound design of BFBC2 either skip forward or check out one of my other Vietnam gameplay videos.

[Video] InFamous: First Light - Must Be Broken

Game developers sometimes tend to decrease character walk speed in significant story segments to increase players' immersion. Ironically, this enables players like me do things that completely break the immersion.

In this video, I jumped past the cutscene trigger and the moment game realized that, it forced my character to walk backwards to proceed with the scripted event.

[Video] Dante Plays Outlast (HALLOWEEN SPECIAL)

"Special" in a retarded kind of way...

This footage was initially recorded to be edited and used in a certain video competition, however, having failed to capture a single scary moment and being thoroughly disappointed with the recording I scrapped the project.

For whatever reason I decided it'd be a waste to simply throw away the footage I already had recorded, so I decided to upload it on YouTube for no one to enjoy.

You'd think that Outlast, the game that is proclaimed to be the scariest thing since Amnesia, would be a bit more... scary. And yes, I know I only played the first 30 minutes and I'm sure it gets scarier later on, but if the first half an hour of the game is a snooze fest, why would I bother keep playing it further? Resident Evil 4 and Bloodborne managed to scare me in the first 30 minutes, why not Outlast? The answer is simple - both RE4 and Bloodborne have amazing atmosphere, Outlast on the other hand relies on cheap (and predictable) jump-scares and scripted events. I could write an entire article on why scripted events are not scary.

[Video] Dante Plays Far Cry 4

It's been 6 months since I last uploaded a Dante Plays video and only 5 months since I last played Far Cry 4... Jeez, I sure am fast at editing and uploading these videos, eh? But it's fine since nobody watches them anyway ;_; It's fiiiiiiine~

For the record, I was playing with the latest patch (Valley of the Yetis DLC) installed. The gameplay was recorded using PS4's built-in Share function.

[Video] Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - The Man Who Sold The World (Lyrics Video)

Did you know I used to upload lyrics videos on YouTube long before I made unfunny gameplay videos and half-baked unfinished Let's Plays? Well, now you do.

Even though I promised to never make a single lyrics video again due to various reasons, I noticed many people still struggle to find the version of The Man Who Sold The World that was featured in MGS V: The Phantom Pain due to David Bowie's original and Nirvana's cover of the song being more popular. Well, here it is - the cover by Midge Ure which is the one featured in The Phantom Pain with lyrics and Big Boss pondering in the background to boot.

Midge Ure's cover of David Bowie's song The Man Who Sold The World. This cover was featured in the opening scene of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (2015) and can also be obtained in the game as a collectible cassette tape.

[Video] Dante Plays Assassin's Creed: Unity

I took a quick look at the most recent Assassin's Creed game. Turns out that all you need to do to become a successful assassin is to learn how to sit on a bench...

It's a bit silly that you have to purchase the "skill" of sitting on benches, but then again - I guess it's understandable if French Ezio doesn't want to sit on public benches... Who knows what stuff is on them :/

Game: Assassin's Creed Unity
Platform: PS4

The song at the end is 'Stabby Stabby' by Dexter Manning from Sanity Not Included (props to anyone who got that reference without checking the description first)
